Sometimes it's good to challenge yourself.

This little experiment was done only using two machines.

The BEHRINGER RD-9 (Roland TR-909 clone) and the BEHRINGER TD-3 (Roland TB-303 clone).

Behringer kick drum from RD-9 was run through the DIGITECH DEATH METAL DISTORTION guitar pedal (formerly DOD - same circuit, by the way, just re-housed and given a 2nd output. The same shitty names for "low mid high" exist though, if you're familiar. Look it up if you're not) and given extra oomph using a JOYO ROLL BOOST to make things even uglier.

Behringer TD-3 was run through a DONNER BOOST KILLER guitar pedal, simply because the output on the TD-3 isn't the most amplified, and the internal distortion circuit on the TD-3 sort of squashes the signal.

Both Dose 1 and Dose 2 were recorded in one take! Everything you hear is done LIVE and in the room, no overdubs, no bullshit, no nothing.

Recorded directly into PRESONUS STUDIO ONE and given a wee bit of post-editing (compression, reverb, panning, not much else) for the sake of making things even bigger.
